How does the custom boat drawing work?
Enter your boat's make, model, and name when you order. We prepare a line drawing of that specific model, showing the hull, rig, and keel the way it actually looks, and print it once your order is placed. If anything about the model is unclear, we email you a proof before printing.
What if my boat is not in the model list?
Order any custom product and type the make and model into the boat form. If we do not have that model yet, we draw it for your order. Nearly any production sailboat can be done.
How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days, and you will get tracking by email when it leaves.
Can I add my boat name and hailing port?
Yes. The boat name is included. An optional second line, such as a hailing port or year, is available on most products.
Is the design a photo or a drawing?
It is a clean line drawing of the specific model, not a photo and not a generic sailboat silhouette. The drawing is prepared for your boat and printed in one or two colors depending on the garment.
What is the return policy on personalized items?
Personalized items are made just for you, but if there is a problem with the print, the fit, or the drawing, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
