Custom crew shirts for your boat are made to order at SB Shirts Co. You give us your boat's make, model, and name, we prepare a detailed line drawing of your exact boat, and we print it along with each crew member's name or position. There is no minimum order, so you can outfit one person or the whole crew.

Matching shirts for the whole crew

A set of boat crew shirts works because the boat is identical on every shirt and only the text underneath changes. Skipper, foredeck, trimmer, navigator, first mate, or just "crew": tell us what each person gets and we print each shirt individually. On the dock and in the regatta photos, the group reads as one crew.

Your exact sailboat, not a generic silhouette

Give us the make and model (Catalina 30, Beneteau Oceanis 40.1, C&C 35, Hunter 31, Swan 48, Leopard 42, anything else) and we prepare a detailed line drawing of that specific model, then add your boat name. If a model changed across its production run, tell us the year and we match the right profile.

One shirt or the whole crew

No minimum and no setup fee, which is the real difference from a local screen printer. Order one shirt in March and eight more in June, and the drawing is identical across both. Sizes and colors are picked per shirt, so nobody wears the wrong size to keep the order simple.

Pick your style

The same design works across the range: the crew tee, the stern tee with the drawing large on the back, the port tee with it on the chest, long sleeves, sweatshirts, and the hoodie. Mix them in one order. Everything is made to order, and shipping is free over $75.

Can we order different sizes and colors for each crew member?

Yes. Every shirt is printed one at a time, so each crew member gets their own size, color, and style. A mixed order costs no more than a uniform batch.

How do crew names and positions work?

When you add a shirt to the cart you enter the boat make, model, and boat name, plus the text for that shirt. That is where the crew position or person's name goes. Add one shirt per crew member and check out once.

Is there a minimum order for boat crew shirts?

No. One shirt is a normal order. No setup fee, no screen charge, no quantity you have to hit first, which is why sailing team shirts here work for a four-person weeknight crew or a full regatta roster.

How long does it take?

Shirts print and ship within 5 to 7 business days. If you need a set by a specific regatta date, tell us when you order and we will confirm it is realistic before printing.
